Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) - Metals & Mining Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Indore. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate looking to make a significant impact in the vital Metals & Mining industry. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust information security strategies to protect our critical assets and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
- Oversee risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for IT systems and data.
- Manage and monitor security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-incident analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data privacy laws.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into all aspects of operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
