Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The CLO will support the legal department in ensuring regulatory adherence and managing legal aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to business operations.
Conduct legal research on various corporate and regulatory matters, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and accounting sectors.
Support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry.
Help manage intellectual property, including patents and trademarks relevant to pharmaceutical products and services.
Provide assistance in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and databases.
Stay abreast of changes in pharmaceutical laws and regulations impacting the company.
