We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join our growing team in Nagpur. This position is suitable for an individual with 3-5 years of experience who does not require post-graduation qualifications for this specific role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Providing legal advice and guidance to the management and other departments.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Managing litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in legislation.
Advising on intellectual property rights, mergers, and acquisitions.
Overseeing the company's legal documentation and record-keeping.
