Role Summary: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand visibility, client acquisition, and market positioning within the Indian legal landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading marketing initiatives for professional services firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Manage public relations, media outreach, and thought leadership initiatives.
Develop and manage client relationship management (CRM) strategies and tools.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Manage the marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with partners and practice groups to understand their marketing needs and develop tailored strategies.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
