Role Summary: The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all healthcare services and medical facilities within the organization's Indian operations. This role requires a highly experienced medical professional to ensure the provision of comprehensive medical care, health and wellness programs, and emergency medical response for personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
Oversee the provision of primary care, specialist consultations, and emergency medical services.
Establish and maintain robust occupational health programs, including pre-employment medicals, periodic health check-ups, and fitness assessments.
Manage medical budgets, procurement of medical supplies and equipment, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
Liaise with external healthcare providers, hospitals, and government health agencies.
Provide medical expertise and support for operational planning and risk management.
