Chief Medical Officer

Role Summary:
As the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for Tata Motors in India, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all medical and health-related services and programs across the organization. This includes ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, managing occupational health initiatives, and contributing to the company's overall health and safety strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive occupational health policies and programs.
• Oversee the provision of medical care, including emergency response, at all company facilities.
• Manage and lead the occupational health team, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian healthcare regulations and standards.
• Conduct health risk assessments and implement preventive health measures.
• Advise senior management on health-related matters and emerging health trends.
• Oversee employee wellness programs and initiatives.
• Manage the company's medical budget and resources effectively.
