Key Responsibilities:

Utilize design thinking methodologies to conceptualize and prototype innovative health solutions, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
Conduct health risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigation, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate health and well-being into the company culture and policies.
Manage occupational health services, including first aid, emergency response, and employee health screenings.
Analyze health data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate health and safety information effectively to all levels of the organization.
