Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies aligned with BYJU'S educational philosophy.
Conduct research on emerging educational trends and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and tailor educational interventions.
Collaborate with content development teams to ensure pedagogical soundness and engagement.
Mentor and guide junior educators and support staff.
Contribute to the strategic planning and operational efficiency of the Nasik center.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in educational delivery.
