Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and organization of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
* Support the event team on-site during live events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any immediate needs.
* Help in the preparation of event materials, such as presentations, signage, and attendee kits.
* Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure all event requirements are met.
* Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to debriefing sessions.
