Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Summary:

5. Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to set strategic goals and KPIs.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting the company's culture and values.
8. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing regular reports to the board and executive team.
