Role Summary: The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust risk management framework for CRON Systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safeguarding company assets and reputation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a keen understanding of the security services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies and policies.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks (operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and reputational) specific to the law enforcement and security services sector.
- Design and execute risk assessment methodologies and tools.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans and controls to reduce identified risks.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the board, highlighting key risks and mitigation progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management into their processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry best practices in risk management.
