Role Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with a BBA/BBM degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role will support the development and implementation of risk management frameworks within our BPO operations. You will assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure business continuity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification and documentation of key business risks across various BPO functions.
Support the assessment of the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
Help in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented risk controls and provide regular reports.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
Contribute to risk awareness training and communication within the organization.
