Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief Safety Officer (CSO) with 0-2 years of experience. The CSO will assist in implementing and maintaining safety standards across our operations in Gurgaon, ensuring a secure and healthy workplace for all employees and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the manufacturing facility, storage areas, and employee workstations to identify potential hazards.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and provide guidance to employees on safe work practices.
- Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, and incident reports.
- Participate in safety training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Assist in the maintenance of safety equipment and emergency preparedness plans.
- Stay updated on relevant food safety and occupational health and safety legislation and standards.
- Support the Senior Safety Manager in day-to-day safety operations and projects.
