Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the security and scalability of our IT infrastructure and clinical research platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the clinical research landscape, data management, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all IT systems, software, and applications, including clinical data management systems (CDMS), electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and eClinical solutions.
• Lead the digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and big data analytics to enhance clinical trial processes and outcomes.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of all data, adhering to relevant regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH, GDPR, HIPAA) and industry best practices.
• Manage the IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and business development, to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
