Role Summary:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for TCS India, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's technology vision and strategy. You will lead the innovation and development of cutting-edge solutions in emerging technologies, ensuring TCS remains at the forefront of digital transformation for its clients and internal operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Indian technology landscape and a proven track record of driving technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with TCS's business objectives in India.
• Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Quantum Computing.
• Oversee the technology roadmap, architecture, and infrastructure to support scalable and robust solutions.
• Drive digital transformation efforts across the organization and for client engagements.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology teams.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
