Role Summary: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing all technological aspects of ITC Limited's food processing operations, driving innovation, and ensuring the efficient and scalable implementation of technology solutions across the organization. The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy, fostering a culture of digital transformation, and enhancing operational efficiency through cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with ITC's business objectives in the food processing sector.
Lead the digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, Big Data analytics, and automation in manufacturing and supply chain.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, software applications, and data management systems.
Drive innovation in product development and process optimization through the application of advanced technologies.
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data privacy compliance across all technology platforms.
Manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology procurement processes.
Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, marketing, and sales, to integrate technology solutions effectively.
