Role Summary: PwC India is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chinese Language Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive language training programs for our employees. This role is crucial in enhancing cross-cultural communication and supporting our global business interactions, particularly with our Chinese counterparts and clients. The trainer will be responsible for creating a learning environment that fosters fluency, cultural understanding, and practical application of the Chinese language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop curriculum for various proficiency levels (beginner to advanced) tailored to business needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective language training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring specific language assistance.
- Incorporate cultural nuances and business etiquette relevant to Chinese business practices.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning technologies.
- Manage training schedules and resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to align training with organizational goals.
