Chinese Teacher (1-2 Yrs) role in BPO / Call Centre

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chinese Teacher with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and possess a strong foundation in the Chinese language. You will be responsible for imparting language skills to our employees, focusing on communication and cultural understanding essential for our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging Chinese language classes for employees, catering to different learning levels.

Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on practical communication, vocabulary, and basic grammar.

Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Create a supportive and interactive learning environment.

Incorporate cultural nuances and etiquette relevant to business interactions with Chinese clients or partners.

Assist in the development of language training materials.
