Choreographer (1-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Choreographer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic gaming team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a passion for bringing characters and gameplay to life through movement. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing character animations and motion sequences that enhance the player experience and align with our game's artistic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create fluid, expressive, and technically sound character animations for various in-game actions, including combat, movement, and environmental interactions.

Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and programmers to understand character personalities, game mechanics, and artistic direction.

Develop motion capture data cleanup and editing workflows, ensuring high-quality animation output.

Translate 2D concepts and storyboards into compelling 3D character performances.

Iterate on animations based on feedback from team leads and quality assurance.

Maintain a strong understanding of animation principles, anatomy, and timing to deliver realistic and engaging character movements.

Assist in rigging and skinning processes when necessary, ensuring proper deformation and movement.
