Choreographer - Electronic Components / Semiconductors (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Choreographer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Thane. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of materials, processes, and resources within our electronic components manufacturing and assembly lines. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles as applied to operational efficiency and supply chain management within the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed operational plans and schedules for production lines, ensuring alignment with financial targets and resource availability.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction, leveraging M.Com knowledge in financial analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components, managing inventory levels effectively.
- Monitor and control production costs, preparing financial reports and variance analyses related to operational expenses.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to ensure processes meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, material movements, and associated financial transactions.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts for the production department.
