We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our growing team in Lucknow. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the competitive Gems & Jewellery market.

Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Establish and manage performance appraisal systems to foster employee growth and productivity.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
