Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR function. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of human capital management within the investment banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs covering talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the talent management lifecycle, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement.
- Manage HR budget and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
