Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cinematographer to join our team. The Cinematographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and project objectives, particularly for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal training materials related to our operations in the metals and mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Operate a variety of professional camera equipment and accessories, ensuring optimal image quality.
- Direct and guide talent (employees, actors) during shoots to achieve desired performances.
- Manage the technical aspects of filming, including exposure, focus, and composition.
- Maintain and care for all camera and lighting equipment.
- Work closely with editors to ensure footage meets the project's creative and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cinematography and video production.
- Ensure all shoots are conducted safely, adhering to company policies and site-specific safety regulations.
