Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cinematographer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. As a Cinematographer, you will play a crucial role in visually storytelling the impact of our educational initiatives. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that aligns with our mission and brand. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and camera operation, who is eager to contribute to the social development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the communications team to understand project objectives and visual requirements.

Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage for documentaries, promotional videos, interviews, and events.

Plan and execute shots, considering composition, lighting, and camera movement.

Work with diverse subjects, including children, educators, and community members, ensuring comfort and professionalism.

Manage and maintain camera equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

Assist with basic video editing and post-production tasks as needed.

Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure respectful representation of individuals and communities.
