CIO

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our IT strategy and operations at our Vadodara facility. The CIO will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all IT systems within the manufacturing and production environment. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of industrial technology and a proven track record in IT leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall IT strategy, vision, and roadmap for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and end-user computing.
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies such as IoT, AI, and advanced analytics to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems, implementing robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on IT-related matters.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for strategic advantage.
