CIO - E-Learning / EdTech (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically adept CIO with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic E-Learning/EdTech team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a foundational understanding of technology infrastructure and its application within an educational technology context. You will be instrumental in supporting the strategic technology initiatives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Support the management of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance educational delivery and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Help in managing vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Monitor IT system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
