Job Description
Role Summary: HDFC Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage all construction and maintenance projects related to our bank's infrastructure across various locations in India. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise construction and renovation projects for bank branches, offices, and other facilities.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and financial records.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on construction-related matters.
