Civil Engineer (Any Postgraduate Required) - 1-3 Yrs - Delhi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to join our facilities management team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction, maintenance, and renovation of our corporate infrastructure, ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the dynamic media and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects related to our corporate offices and facilities.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess structural integrity, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, cost estimations, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Manage maintenance and repair work for existing infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Review and approve architectural and structural drawings and ensure they meet the company's operational needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all facilities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
