Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Civil Litigation professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our legal team in Mangalore. This role will involve managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters pertaining to our agricultural operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the strategic resolution of disputes. A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required to understand the technical aspects relevant to our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and filing various civil suits, applications, and petitions.

Conducting legal research, case analysis, and strategy development for litigation matters.

Representing the company in courts and tribunals, including appearances for hearings, arguments, and evidence presentation.

Liaising with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Reviewing and advising on contracts, agreements, and other legal documents relevant to agricultural operations and infrastructure projects.

Managing discovery processes, including document review and production.

Assisting in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the agriculture sector.
