Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Litigation Associate to join our dynamic dispute resolution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of civil litigation matters, from initial pleadings through trial and appeal. This role requires a strong understanding of civil procedure, excellent analytical and drafting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on complex civil matters.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Managing discovery processes, including document review and production.
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and other team members.
- Maintaining accurate case files and client communications.
