Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our legal team in Nasik. This role is crucial for managing and resolving legal disputes related to our facility management operations across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil law and procedural aspects relevant to property and contract disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and filing of plaints, written statements, and other legal documents in civil courts.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on case laws and statutes pertinent to facility management and property disputes.
Support senior legal counsel in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and track deadlines for all ongoing litigation.
Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and external legal experts.
Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to facility management services.
Gain practical experience in dispute resolution, negotiation, and settlement processes.
