Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our legal team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be an Any Graduate with a foundational understanding of civil law and litigation processes, eager to contribute to the legal operations of a leading power sector company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and filing of various civil suits, applications, and petitions.
Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and legal opinions.
Manage and organize case files, evidence, and documentation.
Liaise with external counsel and relevant authorities.
Attend court hearings and assist senior legal team members.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the power industry.
Support in dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings.
