Civil Litigation Counsel

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Counsel to join our legal team in India. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all civil litigation matters for Wipro GE Healthcare, ensuring compliance with Indian laws and regulations, and protecting the company's interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing the company in court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of civil disputes, including contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and product liability issues.
• Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential litigation exposure.
• Advise on compliance with relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to the medical device industry.
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
