Civil Servant

Role Summary: As a Civil Servant within Larsen & Toubro's Industrial Equipment & Machinery division, you will play a crucial role in navigating and ensuring compliance with government regulations, policies, and public sector engagement. This position requires a deep understanding of administrative processes, public procurement, and stakeholder management, particularly in the context of infrastructure and industrial development projects in India. You will act as a liaison between the company and various government bodies, facilitating smooth project execution and contributing to L&T's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with central and state government departments, ministries, and regulatory bodies on behalf of L&T.

• Monitor and interpret government policies, regulations, and tender documents relevant to the industrial equipment and machinery sector.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals for government projects, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

• Manage relationships with key government officials and stakeholders to foster positive engagement and address concerns.

• Provide insights and guidance on navigating bureaucratic processes and obtaining necessary approvals and permits.

• Support the company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and engagement with public sector entities.
