Claims Executive

Role Summary:
As a Claims Executive at RailYatri, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims related to railway travel. You will act as a crucial link between customers, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and fair resolution of claims. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the claims process within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify insurance claim forms and supporting documents submitted by passengers.
• Investigate the validity of claims by gathering necessary information and evidence.
• Communicate with customers to explain claim status, requirements, and decisions.
• Liaise with insurance partners and railway authorities to facilitate claim processing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies in India.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
• Identify and report any fraudulent claims or suspicious activities.
• Assist in developing and improving claims processing procedures.
