Claims Executive

Role Summary:
As a Claims Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. You will ensure that claims are settled in accordance with policy terms and conditions, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact with policyholders, surveyors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and register new insurance claims.
- Investigate and assess the validity of claims by reviewing policy documents, supporting evidence, and conducting necessary inquiries.
- Communicate with policyholders to gather information, explain the claims process, and provide updates.
- Appoint and liaise with surveyors and loss adjusters for claim assessment.
- Determine claim liability and calculate settlement amounts based on policy coverage and assessment findings.
- Process claim payments and ensure timely disbursement to policyholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records in the company's system.
- Identify potential fraud or misrepresentation in claims and escalate as per procedure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims handling process.
