Claims Executive

Role Summary:
The Claims Executive will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims related to manufacturing defects, product damage, and other potential liabilities for Dixon Technologies. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with internal departments and external insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and assess the validity of incoming claims.

Gather all necessary documentation and evidence to support claims.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, quality control, legal) to obtain relevant information.

Communicate with insurance adjusters, surveyors, and legal counsel.

Prepare detailed claim reports and submit them to insurance companies.
