Claims Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Claims Executive to join our dynamic team. The Claims Executive will be responsible for managing and processing a variety of claims related to our food processing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to liaise with internal departments, external partners, and potentially regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims and other disputes related to product quality, safety, and operational incidents.
• Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., Quality Assurance, Legal, Operations) and external parties (e.g., customers, suppliers, insurers).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of claim prevention strategies.
