We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Claims Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 1-2 years of experience in managing and processing claims, preferably within the social sector or a related field. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims, supporting our beneficiaries and program operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process various types of claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and guidelines.
Investigate and verify claim details, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
Communicate effectively with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims processed, including supporting documents and correspondence.
Identify and report any discrepancies, fraudulent activities, or potential issues related to claims.
Assist in the development and refinement of claims processing procedures.
Collaborate with program managers and finance departments to ensure smooth claim settlements.
Provide support for audits and reporting requirements related to claims.
