Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our Accounting/Auditing team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a strong understanding of insurance claims processes within the financial services sector. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
Verify claim details against policy terms and conditions.
Liaise with policyholders, internal departments, and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records in the company's system.
Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them to the appropriate team.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to claim volumes, trends, and resolutions.
Utilize your MCA knowledge to analyze claim data and identify areas for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
