Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Claims Executive with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims related to textile and apparel operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. This role requires strong analytical skills and a good understanding of IT systems to manage claim data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and process insurance claims related to product liability, property damage, and other relevant areas within the textile and apparel sector.
- Collect and review all necessary documentation, including policy details, incident reports, and supporting evidence.
- Analyze claim data using MCA skills to identify trends, potential fraud, and areas for process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, policyholders, and external parties (e.g., adjusters, legal counsel) to gather information and provide updates.
- Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records in the company's claims management system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new claims handling protocols and software solutions.
- Prepare reports on claim status, settlement amounts, and recovery efforts.
