Claims Manager (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the claims process, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of travel-related insurance claims. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is a mandatory qualification for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify policy coverage and assess the validity of claims based on terms and conditions.
- Communicate with policyholders, beneficiaries, and third parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Investigate complex claims, conduct research, and analyze evidence to determine claim outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on claim status, resolutions, and trends for management.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them for further investigation.
- Maintain accurate and organized claim files and records.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate claim resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
