Claims Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of insurance claims within our fast-paced electronics manufacturing startup. The Claims Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, minimizing financial losses, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers and internal stakeholders. This role is crucial for protecting the company's assets and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of insurance claims, from initial reporting to final settlement.
• Investigate and assess the validity and extent of claims related to product defects, manufacturing errors, property damage, and liability.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters, legal counsel, and third-party service providers to expedite claim resolution.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive claim documentation, including evidence, reports, and supporting materials.
• Negotiate claim settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related correspondence.
• Analyze claim trends and provide insights to management for risk mitigation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance policies, regulations, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Quality Control, Legal) to gather necessary information for claims.
