Claims Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of insurance claims for Andhra Paper Limited. The Claims Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and fair resolution of claims, minimizing financial losses, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire lifecycle of insurance claims, from initial reporting to final settlement.
2. Investigate and assess the validity of claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.
3. Liaise with insurance adjusters, surveyors, legal counsel, and other third parties to facilitate claim resolution.
4. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve fair and cost-effective outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims, including documentation, correspondence, and financial transactions.
6. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate future claims.
7. Provide regular reports on claims status, trends, and financial impact to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian insurance regulations and company policies.
