Role Summary:
As a Client Retention Specialist at TCS, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. You will proactively identify potential churn risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ultimately contributing to sustained revenue growth and long-term client partnerships within the emerging technologies sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute proactive client retention strategies tailored to the emerging technologies landscape.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their evolving business needs and challenges.
Monitor client health and satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and performance analysis.
Identify at-risk clients and develop targeted intervention plans to address concerns and prevent churn.
Collaborate with account management, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, based on client needs and emerging technology trends.
Educate clients on new service offerings and technological advancements relevant to their business.
Analyze client data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for service improvement.
Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
