Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Retention Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for nurturing and strengthening our relationships with existing clients in the Pulp & Paper industry, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the Pulp & Paper sector.
Understand client needs and requirements thoroughly, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services that align with client objectives.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure seamless client experience.
Provide clients with relevant product information, updates, and technical support based on their B.Tech/B.E. understanding.
Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in client retention strategies.
