Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Servicing professional with an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role will involve managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services. The ideal candidate will leverage their scientific background to effectively communicate value and address client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand client requirements and objectives, translating them into actionable plans for internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Marketing) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Proactively address client concerns and issues, providing effective solutions and escalations when necessary.
Prepare and present regular reports on client account status, progress, and performance.
Utilize knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvement initiatives.
