Client Servicing (3-5 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Servicing professional to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the industrial equipment or machinery sector. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and acting as a primary point of contact for our corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely and effective delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable plans for the sales and technical teams.

Proactively manage client expectations regarding product delivery, service timelines, and issue resolution.

Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on project status, performance, and satisfaction levels.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical, operations) to ensure seamless client experience and problem resolution.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Thermax's products and services to existing clients.

Process client orders and manage associated documentation accurately.

Analyze client feedback and market trends to contribute to service improvement strategies.
