Client Servicing - Events / Live Entertainment (Ahmedabad) - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the events or live entertainment industry. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our event solutions. Your technical background from MCA will be a significant asset in understanding project intricacies and proposing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations for events and live entertainment projects.
- Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, collaborating with internal teams (creative, production, technical).
- Proactively manage client expectations regarding timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of events from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct post-event analysis and debriefings with clients, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Utilize your MCA knowledge to analyze project data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge event solutions.
