Client Servicing Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive with a Diploma in Hospitality or a related field and 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience with our hotel services. This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments (F&B, Front Desk, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Manage client bookings, special requests, and event arrangements.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to gauge satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or service enhancement.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
- Handle complaints and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Contribute to client retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Assist in organizing client events and familiarization trips.
- Stay updated on hotel offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
